The problem

A media studio needed to publish 10x more localized content to compete, but couldn't hire 10x writers overnight.

What we built

We built ContentPilot: a Next.js editor with a draft-generate-review pipeline grounded in the studio's style guide. Writers steer; the LLM drafts, expands, and localizes.

The outcome

Output scaled 10x with the same headcount, brand voice stayed consistent because drafts are grounded in approved examples, and editorial review time per piece fell by half.
