The problem

A D2C brand fulfilling 1,500 orders/month was manually syncing Shopify orders to their 3PL, reconciling stock across two warehouses, and sending tracking links by hand.

What we built

We deployed an n8n + Make workflow layer that syncs orders to the 3PL in real time, reconciles inventory every 15 minutes, auto-flags stockouts, and emails customers their tracking links the moment a shipment is scanned.

The outcome

Manual operations overhead fell 70%, stockout incidents dropped to near-zero, and the founder stopped being the bottleneck on fulfillment.
